Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at truefitnessclothing.com Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Incorrect Address/P.O. Box
When placing an order please make sure all addresses and mail boxes are inputed correctly as we are not responsible for incorrect information on your behalf. If you notice that you put wrong information please contact us ASAP so we can get that fixed up for you before it ships out with the shipping carrier.
Holidays/Covid Delays:
Here at T.R.U.E. Fitness we will always try our best to get all orders out as quick as possible. But as we all know the pandemic has really slowed down a lot of orders in transit. T.R.U.E. Fitness does apologize in advance if there is a delay in an order with it's transit times, but it should be noted that we are not connected to the shipping carrier and their delays during the busy holidays or them being affected by the pandemic.
